JAGRAN PRAKASHAN LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Jagran Prakashan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e.@150%) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
