Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the persons defined under the said Regulations including Director/Officer and Employees of the Company from 24th December, 2022 till 48hrs from the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2022.
