JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, have re-designated Mr. Anil B. Jain, Managing Director of the Company as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect. Rest of the terms of his appointment remain same as per Shareholders Approval dated September 30, 2015.
