Jain Studios Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015, has been postponed to November 14, 2015 at the Registered Office of the Company to consider inter alia, the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 apart from other routine business matter.
