Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:<br/><br/>- Co-option of Shri T. R. Kakkar on the Board, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as an Independent Director for a period of three years from November 12, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
