JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2014, inter alia, have approved the sale of Companys 1.5 MTPA Cement Grinding Unit at Panipat, Haryana for a tentative consideration of around Rs.360 Crores subject to adjustments for net working capital and financial indebtedness taken over, as of the closing date of the transaction.
