Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider sale of Wind Power Plants of the Company having aggregate capacity of 49 MW.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider, Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders (Reporting Code) adopted by the Company, Trading Window shall remain closed for Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 4 P.M. on September 29, 2015 upto 12 Noon on October 02, 2015.
