JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD. - Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Mohinder Paul Kharbhanda, Sr. General Manager (Sectl.) has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015 vice Shri Harish K. Vaid, who had been the Company Secretary until the close of March 31, 2015. Shri Kharbhanda has also been appointed, as Compliance officer under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement for all SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Registrar of Companies, Investors, Regulatory and other related matters.
