This has reference to letter no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April, 2019 of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares/Securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2020 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2020.<BR>
