This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 27th January, 2020, has approved the appointment of Shri R.K. Porwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company - Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. 27th January, 2020 based on the assessment of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) and recommendation and approval of the Audit Committee of the Company.
