Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares/Securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2020 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2020.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Employees and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will not trade in Company's shares/securities.<BR> The date of re-opening of trading window will be notified in due course of time.
