Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited - Clarification On Corporate Announcement Dated 3Rd June, 2024

In response to queries from shareholders about Corporate Announcement dated 3rd June 2024 intimating about admission of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. (The Promoter Company) in CIRP under IBC 2016, it is clarified that the disclosure was given in compliance of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 and that Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited is a separate legal entity managed by a separate Board of Directors and team of executives. The plants are operating smoothly at optimum capacity. Because of the above development, there is no impact on the operational performance and financial well being of the Company.
