Convertible Bonds due 2015issued by the Company (ISIN: XS0483697156) (the 'Bonds') Pursuant to the first supplemental trust deed dated 31 March 2015, the trust deed dated 12 February 2010 originally constituting the Bonds was amended and the terms and conditions of the Bonds were restated, pursuant to which the maturity date of the Bonds was extended until 13 February 2016.
