Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board (by way of Resolution by Circulation) has accepted the resignation of Shri R. K. Narang from the Board as Director / Whole-time Director on completion of his tenure i.e. with effect from June 27, 2014 (AN) and the resignation of Shri Suresh Chandra from the Board as Director / Whole-time Director w.e.f. June 30, 2014 (AN), due to their personal reasons.
