Madhukar Jalan as Managing Director of the Company is expiring on June 17, 2013.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2013, have re-appointed Mr. Madhukar Jalan as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from June 18, 2013 to June 17, 2018.
