As already intimated to you that the Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as per the Orders of Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench in accordance with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Therefore, an application has been made to ROC for an extension of 3 months for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
