James Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013, has appointed Mr. Amardeep Singh Brar, as an Additional Director of the Company who shall hold office up to date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
