In compliance with Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has received the attached request for issuance of duplicate share certificates in lieu of loss of the original share certificate. The duplicate share certificate will be issued to the shareholder after complying with the requisite formalities.
