Pursuant to Reg 30(6) and Part A of Sched III of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the 116th AGM of the Company is schedule to be held through Video Conference (VC0/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the MCA government of India and SEBI on Monday 15th July 2024. the member are provided with the remote e voting facility to cast their votes electronically on the resoln mentioned in the Notice of AGM The remote e voting facility shall commence on Friday july 12 2024 at 9 am and ends on Sunday July 14 2024 at 5 pm . during this period shareholders may cast their votes remotely by logging in as per login method provided in the Notice . The remote e voting shall be disable by CDSL for voting thereafter.
