Sub: Intimation of New ISIN pursuant to sub-division of equity shares With reference to the captioned subject we would like to inform you that the Company has received new ISIN from both the depositories, i.e. National Securities Depository Limited(NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) pursuant to sub-division of 1(One) equity share having a face value of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) each, fully paid-up into 100 (One Hundred) equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up with effect from record date i.e. August 16, 2024. Please note that the new ISIN of the Company is INE462D01034 and the Sub-Division of equity shares will take effect under the New ISIN.
