Jarigold Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting of the Board held on November 07, 2015 has approved and adopted "Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events / Information and Disclosure of Material Events / Information". The Board has further authorized Chairman and Managing Director, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company for the purpose of determining the materiality of events and for the purpose making disclosures to stock exchanges under this regulation.
