Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year and ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain close for Directors and Senior Management Personnel of the Company from October 08, 2015 to October 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
