In addition to our earlier letter today, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today had considered the Proposal for issuance of securities for an amount not exceeding Rs. 150 Crores. The Board has approved the proposal for issuance of securities in terms of Section 42, 62 & 71 of the Companies Act, 2013 for an amount not exceeding Rs. 150 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crores) subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
