Record date / Cut off dated Saturday, September 21, 2024 fixed as record date for the purpose of payment of dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share for the Financial Year 2023-24 as recommended by the board of director subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the joint Venture Partner, Ushin Ltd. In terms of Joint Venture Agreement Accordingly, the dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the records of the Company Depository(ies) as on the record date and the said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
