This is to inform you that Board Of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today I.e. on Tuesday 13th August 2024 , from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the registered office of the company approve the the request of Re-Classification from Promoter & Promoter Group Category to public category for the following persons belonging to Promoter & Promoter Group Pursuant Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 subject to approval of Stock Exchange I.E.
