With reference to the earlier Announcement dated May 25, 2016, regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2016, Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that in Audited Standalone and Consolidated Statement of Assets and Liabilities, due to figures of column No.5th Detail of Consolidated Statement of 31st March, 2016 have been missed. Now the Company has submitted Revised Audited Standalone and Consolidated Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the year ended as on 31st March, 2016.
