Sanjay Kumar Gupta ceases to be on the Companys Employees' List, with effect from July 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that, till a new appointment is made, Shri. Pramod Kumar Aggarwal, Whole-time Director, would be officiating as 'Compliance Officer'.
