We would like to inform that Mr. B R Gupta, Independent Director, of the Company has resigned from Board of Directors of the Company and Mrs Sangita Vikash Chudiwala, has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 29th November, 2017.
