JBF Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors for ESOS of the Company, considered the request received from the Directors and Employees for the exercise of option, and issued 45473 equity shares in favour of respective Directors and Employees in their meeting held on August 13, 2014.
