Pursuant to Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, we wish to inform you that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Friday, 01st July, 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
