We wish to inform you that the 48th Annual General Meeting of JD Orgochem Limited will be held on Monday, 08th August, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 02nd August, 2022 to Monday, 08th August, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 48th Annual General Meeting. Also be informed that the cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote on all resolutions set out in the Notice is Monday, 01st August, 2022.
