Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company has decided that pursuant to Companys Prohibition of insider trading code, 2015, the trading window will remain closed for all the trades by the insiders, on the exchange, from January 23, 2017 till 48 hours from the dissemination or making public the price sensitive information, in terms of the said code.
