Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, the Company received a Demand Notice on March 27, 2024, from Income Tax Department with a demand aggregating to Rs. 40, 10,610/-. The said demand pertains to Assessment Year 2022-23.
