Jet Freight Logistics Ltd - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 11.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business as mentioned in the AGM Notice. The AGM is being held via two-way Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. This is in compliance with the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020, and May 5, 2020 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being December 28, 2022. In compliance with Reg. 30 & Reg. 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2023-2024 which is being sent/dispatched to the Shareholders by the permitted mode (through electronic mode) within the Statutory time frame prescribed.
