Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q2 of FY 2015-16) and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulation shall remain dosed from October 30, 2015 till November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of adoption of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
