Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2014 inter alia, has :<br/><br/>1. Approved and accepted resignation tendered by Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. October 15, 2014. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Deepali Anand Koneri, also ceased to be Compliance Officer of the Company; and<br/><br/>2. Appointed Ms. Seema Mahajan as Additional Director to hold office as Non Executive Director till the date of AGM.
