With reference to the same and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations, 2015'), we wish to inform your good office that the proposed allottees for the above-mentioned Preferential Issue have expressed their unwillingness to subscribe to the issue. Therefore, the Preferential Issue is hereby withdrawn.
