The remote E-Voting shall commence on Tuesday August 20, 2024 at 09:00 A.M (IST) and will end on Thursday August 22, 2024 at 05:00 P.M. (IST) Further the Company''s register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 16 2024 to August 23 2024 (Both Days Inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
