JINDAL POLY FILMS LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Jindal Poly Films Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2014, has approved raising of funds of Rs. 250 crore (Rupees two hundred fifty crore only) through issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.
