We wish to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench in its hearing held on 7th April, 2017 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Global Nonwovens Limited and Jindal Poly Films Limited and their Respective Shareholders and Creditors, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Formal order. Please note that the Scheme is now subject to Sanction of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
