Jindal Poly Films Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Share i.e. @ 10% subject to approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
