This is to inform that M/s Jindal Poly Investment and Finance Company Limited('Company') at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 13th November, 2025 has approved the following: a) As per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. b) As per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the Limited Review Report, issued by M/s Suresh Kumar Mittal & Co. Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Second quarter and half ended September 30, 2025.
