Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2015, has designated Shri Narendra Mantri, Head-Commercial of the Company, as 'CFO' under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
