JINDAL SAW LTD. - Outcome of Court Convened meeting of secured and unsecured creditors

Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the secured and unsecured creditors of the Company, at the respective court convened meetings under section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956, held on April 09, 2016 approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among the Company, JITF Infralogistics Limited, JITF Shipyards Limited and JITF Waterways Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors with the requisite majority.
