JINDAL SAW LTD. - Board to consider Dividend

Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 ;<BR><BR>3. To recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the above year; and <BR><BR>4. To fix the date of next annual! general meeting as well as book closure/ record date.<BR><BR>Further the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of a Circular issued to the Designated Employees of the Company regarding closing of Trading Window pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
