Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, subject to the approval of the members, the Board recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year March 31, 2016.
