Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 10, 2014, to consider the issuance of securities convertible into equity shares of the Company on preferential basis to the Promoters / Promoters Group entitles.<br/><br/>In this regard the Company has submitted a copy of closing of Trading Window under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
