Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2014, has allotted 4,35,30,596 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) @ Rs. 81.10 per CCD to M/s. Four Seasons Investments Limited, a Promoter Group Company.
