Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per Companys Insider Trading Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from August 01, 2014 till August 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
