Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the Sub-Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 09, 2016, on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors and the Audit Committee of Directors of the Company, have approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Gupta as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 01, 2016.
